    That’s not random—it’s your brain’s mirror neurons at work.

    When you subtly match someone’s tone, pace, or body language, their brain unconsciously starts to trust you more. It feels like, “Hey, this person gets me.”

    ✅ If your client is fast-talking and energetic, meet them at that level.
    ✅ If they’re calm and slow-paced, slow yourself down too.
